Dr. A. Umair Janjua, MD, FAPA

Dr. Janjua completed his residency training in General Psychiatry at Emory University School of Medicine, followed by an additional year of subspecialty training in Forensic Psychiatry, also at Emory. He holds a diploma in Executive Coaching from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and was awarded the Walter Wellborn Endowed Fellowship in Psychiatry.

He is board-certified in both General Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, with extensive training in psychopharmacology and a range of psychotherapeutic modalities. Dr. Janjua brings over 10 years of experience across inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, PHP/IOP, detox, rehab, and recovery settings. He holds adjunct faculty appointments at Emory University School of Medicine and the Augusta University/UGA Medical Partnership, and is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
