Brandon Lasker grew up in Atlanta with a clear goal, to one day return home and help raise the standard of behavioral healthcare in the community that shaped him. That goal guided his career, leading him across the country to invest in a portfolio of premier treatment centers and the people they serve.

Over the years, Brandon has earned a reputation as an operational strategist and a “turnaround architect” for national healthcare systems. His leadership reflects a steady belief that people deserve excellence and dignity in their most difficult moments, and that belief has brought meaningful recognition along the way. He received the Summit Leadership Award for CEO of the Year and the Most Improved Facility award at Bradford at Warrior. During his tenure as CEO of Cottonwood Tucson, he was named one of Insights Care magazine’s “10 Most Influential Leaders Revamping the Rehabilitation Industry 2022.”

As Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic Wellness and Recovery, Brandon brings his national experience back to the city that started it all. For him, the work goes beyond running facilities. It is about honoring the community that built him by helping to rebuild the lives within it.
