Gabe Elias

Milieu Manager
Gabriel is the Milieu Manager at Mosaic Wellness and Recovery Johns Creek, where he oversees the BHT department and guest accommodations to ensure every guest experiences a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. His path to Mosaic has been anything but linear… it started in a college organic chemistry lab, where serving as a learning assistant sparked a lifelong love of teaching. That passion carried him into the classroom as a middle and high school STEM teacher, then into mental health care as an operations coordinator at an outpatient treatment center, and later into business development for treatment programs. Across every role, the throughline has been the same: helping people learn, grow, and believe in themselves.
Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a minor in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University, where he also served as a peer educator, presenting to freshman seminar classes about substance use disorder and the resources available to support students on campus. Outside of work, he’s happiest outdoors (especially floating in a river) and has fostered several cats and dogs in need of a home. He’s a proud advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and believes deeply in servant leadership: showing up for people, developing their talents, and walking alongside them as they pursue recovery and their own aspirations. At the heart of it all is a simple belief… genuine human connection changes lives.
