North Carter

North Carter is the Chief Operating Officer of Mosaic Wellness and Recovery, a dually licensed mental health and addiction treatment center in Johns Creek, Georgia. Carter helps run the organization day to day, working alongside the teams responsible for clinical operations, staffing, compliance, finance, facilities, and business development. The aim is to keep the operational side running smoothly so the clinical team can do its best work.

A Georgia native, Carter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Georgia, which carries into the financial and operational side of the role. And while much of the day-to-day is behind the scenes, Carter stays mindful of what it’s in service of: guests getting the best care possible.
