Tiffany Mayo, LAPC

Tiffany Mayo is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Person-Centered Therapy.
Tiffany began working in the mental health field in 2013, and since then, she has gained experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health concerns, and high-acuity psychiatric symptoms. She is committed to helping clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and build meaningful, sustainable change.
